Korean schools
The child’s Alien Registration Card must be submitted to enroll a child in a Korean school. For middle and high schools, an application must be submitted to the competent office of education. The child’s grade is decided by the office of education in consideration of the student’s ability.
A high level of Korean language skill is required. Foreigners residing in Yongsan who wish to send their child to a Korean school should contact the Seoul Jungbu District Office of Education (Inquiries - middle school: 02-708-6533/ high school: 02-399-9366).
